| AlpacaNation's Credit & Refund Policy |
Refunds are generally available on cancellations within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, purchases are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable. If a cancellation was granted after 30 days of purchase, it would be applied in the form of a credit applied to your account, in lieu of a refund. Please note that some items, such as monthly membership payments, banner ads within 30 days of the ad start day, may not be cancelled. Although it is rarely excercised, AlpacaNation reserves the right to modify this policy without notice, deny any refund, credit or cancellation request, at its sole discretion.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds of credit card payments will typically appear on your credit card statement within seven days of your cancellation. Refunds of payments you made by check will be refunded in the form of a check and typically arrive via USPS in 15-30 days.
What can Credit's be used for?
Credits can typically be used for membership renewals, advertising purchases or the purchase of any other service offered by AlpacaNation.
Where do I find my credit balance?
If you have a credit balance it will be displayed on your private account screen. You will also see any credits applied to your account in your account payment history.
