Payment Terms
We accept payment through PayPal, checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Shipping Terms
We ship primarily via the U.S. Postal Service using Priority Mail. Shipping can be combined for multiple item purchases.
Over seas shipping costs more than the flat rates listed on this site. Once we have an address, we will contact the purchaser with the shipping total, prior to mailing the purchase to him/her.
Returns, Guarantees & Warrantees
All sweaters/apparel items are ordered on a special order basis. Sizing follows U.S. standard sizes, and returns on special orders are accepted for defective merchandise only.
Returns on any other merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping charges on any order cannot be refunded.
