Products are shipped when payment is received on all orders either by check or paypal.
Shipping Terms
Buyer is responsible for shipping fees on returns and exchanges.
Returns, Guarantees & Warrantees
Returns: Restock fee is 10% of paid amount on canceled orders or items returned in sellable condition with advanced authorization. Credit will be given towards future purchase, no cash refunds.
Damaged/defective merchandise or incorrect packing: please call immediately for arrangements, claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. Shipping & handling costs are not refundable.
