Payment Terms
We accept Cash, Check, Money Order or PayPal. Within our PayPal account we can accept most major credit cards. Please call (239-298-1029), or email (snance@embarqmail.com), in advance of placing an order to make sure of availability and shipping costs.
Shipping Terms
We ship most items using UPS or USPS - which ever method ends up being the least expensive for customers. If you have a specific shipping method, please let us know in advance.
Returns, Guarantees & Warrantees
If not completely satisfied, return the product unused and unopened for a full money back guarantee. Please note there will be a 3% restocking fee. Sorry, but PayPal hits us right up front with a fee whether the item is kept or not.

We try our best to offer items at a reasonabe price. The prices we charge are hardly reflective of the endless hours it takes to create some of these products. However, it is our desire to utilize the beautiful fleece these animals give us and to share it with others.
