We ship by USPS or UPS. If you require faster delivery, please contact us and we will discuss different arrangements.
Returns, Guarantees & Warrantees
Refunds and Exchanges
We will gladly exchange any item not found to your satisfaction within 10 days of purchase, with the exception of handmade, limited quantity or one of a kind items- see below. Any returned items must be undamaged and in new and clean condition. Although you will have to pay for the return, we will send the exchange out at no further shipping cost to you.
*Note hand made and limited quantity items we cannot guarantee a replacement but can give you a credit if item is not available, towards your next purchase. One of a kind items have a no return or refund policy.
