This female is Canadian registered and cannot be ARI registered. Amber Canelo is a large dark redish brown female with very good coverage, bone, good conformation and of a friendly nature. (A daughter of a grey) She had her first cria in the fall 2002.(Medium brown female, BB) and BB is looking very nice. (BB won 2nd in class in her only show, the PCAC composite show) BB is pictured at the bottom on Feb 15/04. Canelo produced a nice typy light/med brown male in 2003. He is also like his half sister and has nice lustre, crimp and coverage. He is looking great at 7 months of age. He is pictured to the right as well. Canelo handles lactation in the winter with ease maintaining proper body condition with her cria gaining rapid weight. We decided to breed Canelo to our full Bolivian sire El Alto's Don Quiote in 2003. He has just one cria, a lovely female and we would love some more of his babies!! This cria on the way should be of excellence! Prices are now in Canadian Funds. Amber Canelo is a good producer and has only thrown color. she has maintained her micron and has an excellent CV.
