Light Fawn, 815588, 1/2 Bolivian, 1/2 Chilean

Nell is a terrific female who we believe has strong black genetics. When bred to brown she had two BLACK cria! We decided to breed her as we would is she were black and the gamble paid off. In 2004 she had a grey cria when bred to grey. We have bred her back to grey and hope it pays off again! Her sire Mr. Know It All is an outstanding Bolivian herdsire and Nell is one of the best examples of what he can produce. Her fleece is remarkable and she has passed that to her offspring. Nell has never been shown, but the one time we showed her fleece she took home the blue ribbon. Her 2002 cria, BAMA, was an exceptional black male who won a blue ribbon and helped his sire Atlas win Get of Sire when shown last Spring. Her 2004 cria, Beauxregard, is a striking dark silver grey male with a typey head, lots of presence and superb fleece for a grey alpaca!

Another winner from Nell! Beaux is a striking, handsome, typey grey male. He has awesome facial and leg coverage with heavy bone. His excellent, balanced conformation sets him apart from the rest. Looks great in the field and has the fleece to back it up. Crimpy and very fine, Beaux has the kind of fiber that you need in today's grey alpaca market. Both of his parents are Blue-ribbon winners! Beaux's sire, CWA Phantom, has very strong grey genetics. Phantom produced 7 of 8 grey cria for us (the other was True Black). He comes from a long line of greys, including the famed Peruvian Macusani. On his dam's side he is a Mr. Know-It-All grandson. His dam, Nell, is an amazing female who is fawn but has strong black/grey genetics. Her last two cria have been black. Nell's last cria, BAMA, a blue ribbon winner, was very similar to Beauxregard. Solid pedigree and a strong presence. Every time Beaux has shown he has won a ribbon!

Beauxregard and Fairhope's Rhett Butler, another grey jr. herdsire, are extremely close buddies. They were born a few weeks apart and they think they are twins. There are really inseparable so we have decided to sell them together. Both have nice bloodlines and fleece, they are unrelated and give you different options to breed to. Their close attachment is your gain. It's like getting 2 alpacas for 1 price!
