Rustic's Nicole

Bay Black, 1415148, 1/4 Chilean, 5/8 Peruvian, 1/8 Other/Unknown

Nicole is a lovely bay black with correct conformation and good coverage. Her pedigree includes Peruvian Casanova and 4Peruvian Black Magic. She is an excellent mother. She has had 2 easy births with plenty of milk, and she rebreeds easily. Her crias are vigorous with nice fleece qualities. Her first cria is a medium fawn male Prairie Sky's Finnegan. Her second cria is a bay black male Prairie Sky's Argyle. Her first cria's fleece showed improvement over her own. Second cria's fleece is also looking quite good.

Nicole's fleece has a very soft handle. She sheared 6 pounds this spring.

  Big Al Paca
    Bay Black, 843170, 1/4 Chilean, 5/8 Peruvian, 1/8 Other/Unknown

Big Al is a Very Handsome Bay Black Male with a colorful genetic background. He stands proud and flows smoothly in his gait. Big Al also has strong bones, a conformationally correct body, a nice typey head and beautiful crimpy fiber. His fiber is dense and has a great handle to it. His mother passed her awesome fine fiber right down to him. He has a grey spot on his right shoulder and has recently developed more small spots on other areas of his body. His topknot has also turned grey in time. Since his father is a medium rose grey, we believe Big Al has great potential to pass along some grey genes as well.

All of his crias have been very impressive!

Give us a call. We'd be more than happy to send you a fiber sample. We are so impressed with Al, that we are offering him for a 1/2 interest sale, so that others can enjoy this Fine Herdsire.

Finn is between light and medium fawn. He was a bit of a suprise since both parents were bay black. He has been vigorous since day one, with nice straight legs. He has abundant fleece and sheared 6 pounds as a yearling. He has soft handle, good fiber density and high frequency crimp. His histogram is very impressive. Micron 18.9, SD 3.9 and look at his comfort factor 97.3% ! Finn is easy to work with and halter trained.

The reason I gelded Finn was he had a 1/4 inch overbite, and he was related to my girls. Other than that, he's great. Please call for more info. Yarn and fiber samples available.
