		It's obvious she's a daughter of “Dam of the Century”, and record selling female ($205,000) Misty Maiden. She looks like a two-year old, and still holds that trademark crimp. Peruvian Angel is as good, if not better than some her famous multi-champion siblings, and we foresee many great production years from this girl. Her previous owner showed Angel just once, and she took a Blue ribbon. It's a shame she didn't compete more, we often compare Angel to her 7X Champion sister, Precious Fawn who we also own. Angel’s offspring have won quite a few ribbons for her previous owner, but again we still have yet to see the true magic Angel can produce. 		Tuscan Gold is setting a new standard of excellence. He is a complete package of perfect conformation, elite fleece characteristics with excellent bundling, brightness, crimp and uniformity. The brightness of his fleece rivals suri luster. He has total coverage of this fleece from his spectacular head to his toes. And does he have presence! He just knows he is something special. When we check his sheared fleece in at the shows, it invariably gathers admirers and then further inquiry on which animal this fleece belongs to. This fleece has earned multiple championships and every specialty ribbon there is, Judge's Choice, Best Brightness, Best Crimp, etc. Tuscan was chosen as the 2007 breeding partner for the one and only Misty Maiden, Dam of the Century, and several of her daughters, all champions. We knew when this little girl hit the ground that she was something truly special, but no surprise here when you have Misty Maiden and Tuscan Gold genetics in one package. A lightweight at 13lbs Isabelle nonetheless had one of the highest IgG's our vet has ever recorded at 2870! A real looker she is! Her fleece is about as silky as we've ever touched! She has beautiful color and markings.

Isabelle and her 3/4 genetically "twin" sister Mirabelle are either going to be the dynamic duo or double trouble, we're not sure just yet. In any event, we have high hopes for both these babes. Both girls share the celebrated Tuscan Gold as their sire and renowned Misty Maiden genetics. What can we say about Misty Maiden that has not already been said? All that needs to be said is that she has produced more award winning offspring than any other dam—70 Championships and 85 Blue Ribbons and counting. We selected Tuscan Gold as he represents the best of a new generation. Tuscan, owned by Bella Vita Ranch in Colorado is full Peruvian and 3/4 Accoyo. He is an Augusto grandson and Leon great grandson through his sire and a Starr Khan grandson and Hemingway great grandson through his dam. With these great names in his pedigree, it is easy to see why he gathered multiple color championships at just barely 2 years of age. Tuscan descends from the award winning MFI Brock line of Sunny Mesa and A&A Alpacas which has produced multiple champion Tuscan siblings. It is prepotent in the genetics.
