Pretty as a picture, She's Sensual is out of a 19.5 micron LF dam, She's Sexy. She's Sensual had her 2nd cria by her 3rd birthday; the Tillman's were able to breed her at 1 year old when she reached 131 pounds. Not many alpacas can claim that kind of fertility. We are hoping to produce our next herdsire from her.

Well she just had her 3rd cria before her 4th birthday, a very tall strapping male with qualities that could produce a great herdsire. His name is Remington and his dark fawn/brown color is dripping with luster and tight locks.

We have seldom known of Cheryl and Andy Tillman, known for Andy’s landmark suri fiber studies using electron microscopy, to go outside their very focused breeding program and purchase a herdsire. Therefore, their purchase of WRSR Peruvian Illusion from Wild Rose Suri Alpacas, known to have some of the most lustrous suris in the country, is especially significant. Now, Andy and Cheryl have retired after over 30 years in the llama and alpaca business, and we had the very good fortune of purchasing Illusion from them. We are thrilled to have this quality male on our farm and here in the Southeast, for our use and for our customers. Illusion is now co-owned with Judy and Archie Bone, ABB Alpacas, Hokes Bluff, Alabama -- thank you and congratulations to Judy and Archie! They'll be breeding their herd of full Peruvian suris to Illusion.
