Coyo Destini has had an enormous impact on the Canadian herd. Purchased as a yearling in 1997 in the U.S. by the highly respected AOBA judge Kristin Buhrmann, he formed the cornerstone of her family's high-level, prize-winning breeding program at Mountain Meadow Ranch in Alberta, Canada until 2002.
Coyo Destini has well over 100 offspring on the ground, but his genetics are rare in the U.S., especially on the East Coast. Imported in utero from the Accoyo Ranch in Peru, Coyo Destini's sire is unknown (and remained in Peru). His dam, 3Peruvian Caliente, has been a top producer for Timberland Alpacas on the West Coast, where she was recently retired from breeding.

OLIVIA GAVE BIRTH to her first cria on Mother's Day, MAY 10TH at HillTop Alpacas, a 15.3 lb white male cria who we have named SLEEPING MONK FARM OZ. OZ, sired by Calidad Harbinger, is a very typey cria with good bone, big knees, great character to his fleece and very good coverage.
Seeing what OLIVIA has produced with Harbinger, a Last Don son, and knowing the elite quality cria OLIVER has sired, we know that OLIVIA'S OLIVER cria will be OUTSTANDING. OLIVIA is a very good Mother, not only to her own cria, but TO ANY CRIA, who needs to nurse. This characteristic makes her a female that ALL FARMS should have at least one of.
