General Schwarzkopf has an unbelievable presence and stature to go with his long sliver fleece. He was one of the top gray breeding males in the country before he was unfortunately and unexpectedly taken out of service.
Micron Count 2012: AFD 27.9; SD 6.5; CV 23.1; CF 73.5 2011: 29.0 microns on a BAY BLACK 12 year old female!
Dia De Gracias (Schwarzkopf) (Producer of BLACKS!)
This rare daughter of the great gray General Schwarzkopf was born on Thanksgiving morning thus naming her: Dia De Gracias (Day of Thanks)!
Dia is a good size girl with strong solid frame and excellent conformation. She is a bay black female that has produced a very consistent set of solid jet black crias - EIGHT crias SIX true blacks! (6 girls, 2 boys!!) She is a reliable producer that will deliver outstanding quality crias to you without any problems. She is a WONDERFUL mother, great producer of milk and has even been known to let other crias nurse from her, making her a valuable asset to any breeding program.
Dia is the type of dam who has proven more than once she can pay for herself with just one cria. She will bring size, brightness, conformation, and that famous Schwarzkopf presence to all her offspring-plus most are ribbon winners!
She is a rare girl, as unfortunately there will be no more General Schwarzkopf sons or daughters. Her ½ sister sold at the 2005 Spring Fling for $80,000 these General daughters are treasures!
Dia was bred to CHR Uvalde,a multi-Color Champion-a Victor's Hemiaccoyo Casanova son and Snowmass Finesse grandson! On May 3rd, 2012 they produced a WOW factor cria..not only is it a GIRL, but she is "popcorny",built like a tank, and has a great handle!
Dia has been bred to Misty Ridge Blaze of Glory not only is he a Reserve Champion and multi-ribbon winner, but he is also the son of McGwire, the only full Accoyo grey in this country, which makes Blaze FULL Peruvian and ½ Accoyo!! With his incredible fineness (AFD 21.5 for his FOURTH year histogram) and with his and Dias perfect conformation, this upcoming cria is keeping us on pins and needles, because we really think its going to be incredible!! Stay tuned
