Wombat's Nightingale

Pattern, 825110, 1/2 Bolivian, 1/2 Chilean

Nightingale is an most unusually marked, black and white suri female. She is sired by a black Herdsire, Nightshade. Her Dam, Lady Babetta, is a Blue Ribbon winning suri that was born at Ameripaca and sold at only 4 months of age.
Nightengale was bred to our Mahogany herd sire Tobago for her first cria - Apache, he was born 6/12/05. Apache won 1st place at PAOBA 2006. We rebred her again to Tobago for our "06" cria, Boddington. Boddington was born on 6/5/06. A very sweet medium brown male with a slick shiny penciled fiber.

For our "07" cria we have decided to breed Nightingale to Alpaca Trading Company's "Commander In Chief". The "Chief" is a true black Chilean Herdsire with a very impressive show record.
Nightingale delivered an absolutely gorgeous true black male (Black Hawk) on 5/24/07. He is beautiful, and doing very well.

Nightingale is bred back to Acero Marko's Sergio for a 5/7/08 cria. Sergio is one of Shasta Springs favorite Herd Sires. He is an amazing

  Tobago
    Bay Black, 828445, Full Bolivian

Tobago is an awesome bay black / mahogony Suri Herd sire. He is full Bolivian. His Sire is Andy Tillman's Inspiration and his Dam is our rose grey Moonlight and Roses. He has gorgeous thick locks twisted to his skin. He has beautiful uniformity in his fiber and he has great coverage. I think he is deep mahogany (no such color?), whatever you may think, he is undoubtably gorgeous. He is one of Shasta Springs favorites with his unusual color and incredible locked fiber. Perfect conformation and loads of luster.

Tobago's first crias hit the ground in the spring of 2005. He is stamping the best luster and twisted locks all over his crias.

It is apparent to all visitors that Tobago is a great male Suri!
