Peruvian Madeleine is a proven Dam, easy birther, and throws GRAY! Her 2003 cria is Silver Barrie, a full Peruvian Dark Silver Gray with NO WHITE! At just 10 months old, Silver Barrie was selected for the Celebrity Sales Breeders Auction and sold for $41,500.
Both of Madeleine's parents are imports from the 5th Peruvian importation.
She has been bred to Mostaccioli, an Accoyo Papacito son who offers great conformation, lucks and tons of luster. She was bred to him in 2003 and in 2004 she delivered Peruvian Splash. Splash is a fantastic Multi with blinding luster and great twisted locks. Splash went on to place first at non other than the AAA Futurity in 2004. There were 14 in her class and she shined like a little star.
Mostaccioli's first cria, Perucoyo Blessing, took First Place at MAPACA 2004. It was a white class and there were 13 great little girls in the ring with her.
Luster! Locks! Conformation! and Looks! This boy has got it all and he is passing it on to his offspring in a very big way.
Unfortunately, since we have so few Suris, Choli doesn't have many cria on the ground, but what he does have is quite spectacular. His 2003 cria is Perucoyo Blessing and she took First Place at the largest show ever held - MAPACA 2004. There were 13 awesome little girls in the ring with her, but her fineness, locks, luster and density won out.
His 2nd cria was born June 7, 2004. Her name is Whisper Wing's Peruvian Splash. She is a beautiful Appy and went to the prestigious AAA Futurity Show in 2005 and placed First under Jude Anderson. There were 12 in her class and she even stood above a full Accoyo girl who sold for $62,000 at the Auction the night before.
Choli has been consistent with passing on little toothpick style locks, bright luster, full coverage, captivating looks, and strong conformation.
Splash is a very flashy girl! She has ideal suri characteristics...nice twisting locks, consitent locking all over, great luster, perfect conformation, nice coverage on both her top know and down her legs, a perfect bite and good bone size. This girl could through anything when bred to color...it's going to be fun choosing herdsire's for her! Splash bred summer 2005 to the one and only Accoyo Torbio and delivered a beautiful fawn male named Dash of Splash. Dash has been very competitive in the show ring, winning Color Champion at the 2007 GWAS show under Amanda VandenBosch. Splash delivered a flashy little male named, Spectacle out of our Champion grey male, Toni's Peruvian Warpaint in September 2007. She bred back to multi champion 1/2 Accoyo maroon stud, SMA Wrangler.
Splash delivered a FEMALE dark Brown/Maroon cria named Wrangler's Signature September 20, 2008 out of our multi Champion herdsire, Wrangler. Wrangler's crias are all ribbon winners from any show they've been entered. One of Wrangler's cria's was the highest selling female at the 2008 Private Collection Suri Auction at Alpaca Jacks...$57,000!
Splash is bred back to Toni's Peruvian Winchester Steele for a November 2009 cria! Update! Splash delivered a stunning Multi Male ...watch for updates on Santini!
Splash is consigned to our farm by Becca Black of Queen B Alpacas
