Aurora's Enchantress

Beige, 819388, Full Peruvian

Aurora's Enchantress has GREAT GENETICS + regal stature with black skin and white fleece with a very fine hand. Tess comes with a FREE BREEDING FOR ANY GIRL OF YOUR CHOICE TO 7 X CHAMPION, 16 X BLUE RIBBON WINNER, CANDLEWOOD ROCKO plus you get her beautiful dark brown cria, Nero, born on September 11, 2009. Nero's sire is Sierra Bonita's Sargent Pepper, who is a seven time champion too!. This is an opportunity to improve the fleece in your herd or mate your best girl to Rocko and breed your own champion!
Tess' topknot is fawn, so we chose Accoyo Rip Tide for this year's breeding. You can't go wrong with a strong, lustrous, locked, fawn, full Accoyo male like this. His numerous awards speak for themselves and we know he and Tess will make a wonderful cria that's due in September, 2010.
Tess had a female Suri cria on August 13, 2008. We named her Firebird, keeping with the Phoenix theme of our farm. She has her mom's beautiful, expressive eyes, and Strato

  Sierra Bonita's Sargent Pepper
    Medium Brown, 838635, Full Peruvian

For good reason, Sierra Bonita's Sargent Pepper was the Highest Selling Suri in The Futurity Sale 2006. He is one of the most highly decorated Macgyver sons to date with 21 blue ribbons and 8 color championships. But, blue ribbons and championships are only part of the equation in herdsire success. The proof is in the offpsring, and Sargent Pepper's prepotence is already evident in his many color champion cria- in just THREE years of production, twenty animals have been shown. Of those twenty, fourteen alone have produced forty blue ribbon winners and twenty-eight color champions! The remaining six have consistently placed in the top four at the most prestigious shows in the nation. See just examples of his quality cria below.

Sargent Pepper's pedigree is nothing short of suri royalty. He is full Peruvian and 1/4 Accoyo. His dam, Picabo De Kolorado, has won numerous blue ribbons including 1st place at AOBA National Conference in 1998 and has only produced champion offspring.

The perfect match of Sierra Bonita's Sargent Pepper and Aurora's Enchantress has resulted in one beautiful mahogany male. Nero, who weighed 18.5 at birth, was born with no assistance, is very lively, and loves to play in the field. His big, bright eyes show his curious nature and he loves to be around people.
Nero's sire is 8 TIME COLOR CHAMPION, Sierra Bonita's Sargent Pepper. And his dam is the daughter of the very famous Peruvian Import, Silver Bullet. We hit the color button just right with this guy! We were looking to add quality color to our herd, and Nero's rich brown coat is just perfect. We already know he'll be nice and fine, his micron count at is only 19.7 with only 1.9% over 30 microns! That's a comfort factor of 98.9! Amazing! Can you say that about your alpacas? Nero obviously picked up this fineness quality from both his dam and his sire.
Sargent Pepper has sired many champions, check them out when you have the time. Visitors to the farm have already laid claim to his first fleece when he's shorn if he isn't sold, it's just that beautiful.
Visit Nero and the rest of the herd at Alpacas at Phoenix Hill Farm when you are in Southeastern Ohio. You'll be glad you did.
