| | | Cinnamon Gold was our first purchase. She was just six months old at the time, and one month later she took her first championship. Before her show career was over, she had a total of seven championships or reserve championships. She is a gorgeous light brown beauty with black points, eye-catching presence, and spectacular fleece--fineness, extremely soft handle, density, consistent high-definition crimp, brightness, and well-defined lock structure. She has it all. It's no wonder she serves as the model for our logo.
On August 1, 2009 Cinnamon Gold gave birth to her fourth cria, a female, Felicity, sired by Snowmass Royal Challanger. Felicity has very crimpy fleece.
Cinnamon Gold has been bred back to bay black CCNF Straight, No Chaser, son of Snowmass Nova and NAAS Reserve Champion. Can't wait to see what these two produce!

Snowmass Royal Challenger, the 2004 Futurity Color Champion, has proven himself by producing the next generation of elite colored huacaya alpacas. Son of Snowmass Royal Rose, one of the top Studs from the North American Alpaca Stud Group, Royal Challenger hails from a long line of “greats” including Hemingway and Bueno. Challenger’s dam, PPPeruvian Edelweis is a grand dam in her own right- a long time producer of champions. Royal Challenger consistently passes on his superior phenotype and fleece attributes to his offspring - superb conformation, awesome coverage, fineness, high-frequency style crimp, long staple length and beautiful brightness. Until now, Royal Challenger’s outside breedings have been extremely limited. We will be offering a total of 3 outside breedings to Royal Challenger, exclusive to clients, for the remainder of 2008.
