Butterscotch Bay
| |
Medium Fawn, 1431971, 1/2 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian
| | | We bought Butterscotch Bay from Colorado due to her Penumbra and Accoyo Cahuide genetics! Cahuide (now deceased) is a legendary full Accoyo male who is known for throwing incredible colored cria. This fits well into the Likada breeding program. Cahuide sired Penumbra, a Black male that has done very well out west. Butterscotch Bay has black and grey in her sire's lineage which bodes well for her current breeding to our multiple Get of Sire winner, Peruvian Pot of Gold! Pot of Gold has thrown grey and black from brown, fawn and white dams that had black and grey in their backgrounds. Regardless, he adds density and that compact, typey presence to the offspring! This is a great chance to add great genetics (DUE JUNE 1) and get a spring cria for your herd at prices not seen since my entry into the alpaca business 12 years ago~! | |

Snowmass Peruvian Casanova

Medium Rose Grey, 169027, Full Peruvian

| | | Our top herdsire, Snowmass Peruvian Casanova was the high seller at the 2002 Celebrity Futurity Auction where he sold for an amazing $147,000! He had a micron count of 18.3 at 3.5 years of age and his recent histogram was still under 25 microns at over 9 years of age! Casanova took home the prestigious Futurity Herdsire of the Year honors in 2003 for his outstanding offspring! Not only that, in 2005, the Futurity Dark Herdsire of the Year was a Casanova son, Snowmass Nova, who sold in early 2006 for over $300,000! It's the first time ever that a sire and his progeny have won this prestigious award! With all the Champion progeny that he has produced, what would a Casanova offspring do to enhance your sales list? Limited outside breedings available in 2010. He will be standing stud in Chicago area from June until December. | |
