Mochica came to the USA from the Allianzia Farm in Peru, in the last USA importation. A sweet, sweet face, small framed female. Mochica joined us from Mary's Alpacas who has an outstanding breeding program. At 16 years of age she continues to exhibit the fineness of fleece the Allianzia Farm is known and recognized for.

Mochica is an outstanding mother, in excellent health for her age. She may be slowing down a little but there is no alpaca in maturity that can stop her when she is ready to become the alpha. Her crias have enjoyed lots and lots of rich milk. As the new crias are born, Mochica is the first to babysit so the new mom can enjoy some rest and hay! Just a delight we call her the Prima Donna of the farm.
