Persnickety has been one of our key producers. She has produced our champion herdsire, Macgyver's Dark Locke and Pursut, her champion female.
A beige to lt fawn 1/2 Accoyo daughter of Accoyo Gold and a granddaughter of Peruvian Aldo. Persnickety placed first at the Oregon Flock and Fiber Festival in Sept."01. Her 2003 Peruvian Macgyver son was a multiple blue ribbon and color champion winner! Her 2004 Macgyver son was also a blue ribbon winner. Her 2005 cria is our own Macgyver's Dark Locke with many blue ribbons and reserve championships.. Her 2006 son, Sgt. Pepper's Tiburon, should follow in his brother's footsteps. Persnickety did herself proud with this gorgeous Macgyver daughter, we've named Macgyver's Peruvian Pursuit. She's dense and lusterous! She's delivered a fawn female by Sirius Black on September 9th. Peruvian Macgyver is a stunning maroon colored herd sire of the Accoyo Bruxo line. This full Peruvian Suri has produced more Champion alpacas than any other alpaca herd sire in the world. He is truly amazing!!!! At the 2003 AAA Futurity Macgyver ‘s offspring placed in 20 classes making him the 2003 “ Herd Sire of The Year”. In 2004 his offspring placed in even more classes than the previous year. He again became the” Herd Sire Of The Year” for the 2nd time. In 2005 he did it again and made history. No other alpaca male has ever won “Herd Sire Of The Year” 3 times . In 2006, guess what? Again Macgyver was the clear winner making him “Herd Sire Of The Year” 4 times. In 2007,2008 and 2009 we are in awe! For the 5th,6th and 7th time, Macgyver, won “Herd Sire Of The Year”. He has 100% Suri offspring and has never produced a Huacaya.
