Northmark's Silken   

White, 30713789, 1/2 Bolivian, 1/4 Chilean, 1/4 Peruvian

Northmark's Silken is a beautiful white 4 year old female who had her first cria last summer (2010) Silken is the daughter of our fawn Pokemon Brew daughter (Northmark's Harmoine) and from our full Acero Marka's Bolivian sire El Alto's Don Quiote. There are only 2 ARI Registered Don Quiote females in Canada and he is the sire of a Supreme Champion female. Silken also has a great grandsire that is a multiple Grand Champion (Pomacocha). She is white and has a brown spot on her tail and a small one on her right upper back leg. Silken had a nice micron at 21.7 in 2009. Silken gave us a nice white female last year (soon to be listed too) We did not breed Silken this year though she was very recepetive. Silken is healthy and ready to go. As she is not bred, I have her listed at a very affordable price!! Prices are in Canadian funds and testing and transport are the buyers expense.

Chinook's Legend is the latest stud to arrive at Northmark Alpacas. Legend is a solid light brown and is the son of the well known and prized Jolimont 2 Peruvian Sweet William. William is known for his superior fleece and quality offspring. William is a multiple Grand Champion!! Legend will remain the last offspring of his wonderful Dam Chinook Brew, hence "Chinook's Legend" Legend is a stocky square boy with excellent coverage. He is very pleasing to the eye and to the girls!! 2009 was his first opportunity to breed some of our females. Legend has sired a couple of cria at Northmark, including Northmark's sugar (Yearling white female for sale). Legend will sire only one cria in 2012. Tessybear is expecting a Legend baby in 2012.
