Suri Futures is the Home of Accoyo Bruxo. He finally departed this life in Feb 2008. We have the largest concentration of Bruxo genetics in N. America, and indeed in the world. And, we have several fine Bruxo sons and daughters for sale.
Bruxo's genetics continue to improve the North American suri alpaca industry. His genes are the greatness behind the famous Macguyver, as well as Helios, Captain Morgan, Luxor, and many other champion suris.
Bruxo was a homozygous Accoyo suri and an outstanding impact herd sire, with 158 suri cria and no H's. Bruxo's offspring all exhibit extraordinary luster, fineness, fiber uniformity and of course great conformation and perfect bite.
His phenomenal fiber statistics should get the attention of anyone breeding for fine suri fiber. He carried this into his last fleece, with an AFD of 24.2, SD of 4.7 and a CV of 19.5. This is the high quality suri fleece we should all be breeding for!
Vandana is one of the best Bruxo daughters we produced in color. She has flawless conformation and bite, excellent fiber year after year, and she is an outstanding mother.
We only offer for sale girls who are proven, who can birth easily and have abundant milk. These traits should be valued in every breeding program, and we value good mothers highly. We think this policy protects our clients. Vandana is confident, an easy keeper and just lovely to the eye.
Her fleece is fine and uniform, year after year. Her first daughter Hanna, sired by High Voltage Vortex, is the best true black suri girl ever born on our farm.
Her second daughter Etta, born in Sept 2012 is also darker than Vandana. Etta is sired by our new TB stud CS Austin. She is stunningly beautiful in dark brown silk, the color of 72% chocolate.
This package includes a spring re-breeding for Vandana. This cross is very likely to produce a dark suri with fine uniform fleece, on excellent conformation and a perfect bite. That's our breeding program!
