What alpaca breeders strive for! Less than 10% of all males should be "considered" for Herd Sire. LEAF has been breeding specifically for this outcome. Corazon hails from accomplished bloodlines (3P Dracula -> Accoyo Santino, 3P Royal Fawn -> Show Me The Money). His high frequency crimp and density reflect his superb micron (17.0 with fibers >30 a low 0.8 percent. He carries that crimp from his head to his wooly feet! Perfect head, bite, coverage ... perfect phenotype!

A word about his color ~ RICH! He is the darkest modern rose gray one can imagine. Like the medical profession says "a dose of DARK CHOCOLATE is good for your heart!"

Cory is a complete stud package. Multiple ribbons in halter and fleece shows. Judges comment on his excellent conformation and superb fiber characteristics: bundling, handle and uniformity of fineness. He brings all this and his easy disposition to his offspring. As important, his cria bring home the ribbons, too.

Maverick is an up and coming junior herdsire. He carries himself with great confidence. He has a beautiful head and coverage. His fiber is soft and crimpy with a micron count of 20.4 (2010). He is out of a dark rose grey sire (Royal Fawn, Accoyo Santino) and a maroon brown female who throws black and bay black with strong bone. Consider Maverick as a junior herdsire who is ready to work now.

Price: $500
