Medium Brown, 1380781, 3/4 Chilean, 1/4 Peruvian

AV Latrisha was the original member of our foundation herd and we haven't been disappointed. She was sired by award winning Creekwaters Romanoff. Romanoff is a rose grey color champion with fabulous crimp and staple length. Latrisha's Dam, La Arena, is a Medium Rose Grey.

Latrisha has proven to be an excellent breeder and so far has given us six lovely cria. Four of these are females. All six cria were over 20 lbs. at birth. Her 2010 male cria, Don Corleone, won the Dark Color Championship at the 2012 Virginia Classic and her 2011 female cria, Lady Arabella, took second at VA in 2012 and third at PAOBA in 2012.
Her male grandcria, Clash's Piccolo, took a blue at the same show. Keep em' comin' Latrisha!

From Highland Alpacas: We named him "Crown Prince" for a reason. Out of our black AOBA Reserve Color Champion, Boadicea, he has the fiber and conformation to make heads turn. His dam Boadicea was the queen of the show circuit in 2000 with folks waiting at the ring to purchase her as she won yet another blue ribbon. We made the decision to keep her as part of our foundation stock. She has rewarded that decision time and time again with Champion cria. Dam to four cria with multiple Blue ribbons and Banners, she is just as important to Crown Prince's genetics as his famous sire, Snowmass Peruvian Casanova.
Crown Prince has combined the best of his dam and sire to be an example of the fineness, density, crimp, and conformation. As a mature male he added a blue ribbon from the highly regarded Ohio Alpacafest and a Reserve Color Championship from 2009 PAOBA Breeders Showcase. We believe that he is certainly one of the finest Peruvian gray males on the East Coast.
