Monk's sire, CAPPOCCINO, is a son of ACERO MARKA'S STRAIGHT ARROW & the imported dam, HARRIETTA OF BOLIVIA. On his dam's side, Monk's maternal grandsire is SALVADOR OF BOLIVIA, via Monk's dam, SONYA MARYA, out of HEIDI OF BOLIVIA (another import).

Monk's fleece is loaded with very nice characteristics, such as crimp, lock structure, density, & soft handle. "His color is interesting," adds Becky, and seems to be derived via his paternal grand sire (a dark brown stud).

Monk has a super nice temperament, as well. He gets along well with other males," says Becky, "and does not like to fight." Instead, "he pals around with the other males born when he was." "There are four of them that are best friends," adds Becky, "and they stick together like glue." More specifically, though, Becky and Oliver tell us Monk is "an easy animal to work with."
