A. L. Paca's Black Betsy

Bay Black, 839411

|
| | | Black Betsy has wonderfull dense black fleece, great bone, great proportions. She is a very attentive mom, who delivers effortlessly, without help. Black Betsy has a lot of grey and black in her lineage. In fact, twice we bred her to silver grey males and twice she gave us beautful silver grey females... This year Black Betsy produced her 5th female cria!! A beautiful dark brown girl with full face coverage, excellent crimp and density sired by our blue ribbon Rose Grey boy Palan. This was such a great paring we decided to repeat the breeding.
We've lowered the price on Betsy because she has lost some of the fleece on her ears, but she is a relatively young female that throws fantastic cria's consistantly. Betsy is also very easy to handle and lead.
Come see Black Betsy and her cria for yourself and if you can't visit, if there is any further information you would like just give us a ring at 207-549-5523

JEA'S PALAN

Medium Rose Grey, 30939752

|
| | | JEA'S PALAN is just floored us when he arrived. To begin with he was born on my birthday, what's the odds of that! And the next thing that took us by surprise was he was rose grey...from a brown Dam and a beige Sire? Even as I dried him off I could see the crimp and feel the density and softness.
I have delivered enough cria's to know he was special right out of the starting gate! And why not, with his limited genetics, his potental is unlimited. If he performs anywhere near as good as his Sire Yupanquis Kokopelli, he'll be a little gold mine! (Or should I say Silver mine!)
PALAN is exceptional, fine, very dense, very crimpy, and handsome too boot. He has great presence in the pasture, and is a real show off when it comes to the females. Palan made his showring debute at the NAAS in 09. He did great, taking a 3rd behind some stiff competition. Then took a blue ribbon at the NEAE 09. We thought that both alpacas we took to these two shows represent | |
