Tiquina is truly our "Golden Girl" and has been a phenominal producer, consistently giving us award-winning offspring and she recently presented us with her 6th (out of 7!) little girl. On top of this Tiquina has a super sweet disposition, breeds easily and is a great mother and milker. The value of an older female who consistently produces quality offspring is often underestimated. We have bred Tiquina back to Mobius and are very excited about this match-up.

This past summer Mathilda presented us with "NeverSummer's Palisades", a super handsome, Miguel son. The buyer of this package will certainly have fun in the ring with Palisades in 2010! While every one of Miguel's offspring have been very conformationally correct we especially love what Miguel is putting on them in the way of fleece and I feel that Palisades is the best one yet. These are WOW fleeces - long, fine, well-organized locks with knock-out brightness. (Our '09 Miguel daughter, Luminosa, received a prestigious Blue Ribbon at the 2009 Futurity in a hugely competitive class and Reserve Color Champion at the 2009 GWAS!)
A Mathilda son, "NeverSummer's Billabong", sired the Multi Male Color Champion at the 2009 World Fleece Show! We bred to another Mathilda son, "NeverSummer's Spellbound", last summer and were rewarded with a beautiful, maroon, female cria that we plan to keep in our breeding program.
Mathilda comes with Palisades at her side until he is weaned (the end of December) and has been bred back to "Aussie .38 Special". (.38's breeding fee is currently $3500) He is a 10-time Color Champion including, "Grey Male Color Champion" at the 2009 World Alpaca Fleece Show! We believe that this is an excellent match-up indeed.
