DROXIE is a very beautiful dark silver grey female with a white tuxedo. She is tall, conformationally correct female who has followed in her mother's footsteps as a very easy birther with an abundant supply of milk. Her first cria out of Maple Brook Artilio was born October 13th, 2003. Dartilio is dark rose grey and now a herdsire in PA. Droxie is out of 2 white alpacas so her fiber characteristics are not typical of the darker colors. She has a wonderful handle from her Chilean/Sollocota heritage and exceptionally fine crimp. Add to that Bueno's fleece charateristics through Artilio and Dartilio carries exceptional fiber as well as great conformation.
Droxie had her 2nd cria, Paco, a very promising young male, on October 29,2004. Paco is now a herdsire in NH. Droxie had her 3rd cria, Daphne on April 23rd and boy was she worth the wait! A gorgeous white female with exceptional bone, fiber, size & presence.
