Our Angel Face has incredibly dense fleece. She has an inquisitive, friendly personality and is quite pushy when it comes to treats.

Angel likes people contact, but not much interested in grooming, so is very creative in ways to avoid nail trimming. Angel delivered a beautiful light fawn colored female in September. She is settling into mothering nicely.

She has produced two beautiful female cria for us and we are hoping for another fawn one in September, with fawn in her background and Accoyo Royal Thunder's fawn markings.

Alabaster is a full Accoyo son of Caligula, one of the most revered studs in the history of North American alpaca breeding. Alabasters genetics are further solidified by his outstanding Dam, PPPeruvian Urubamba, who has produced extraordinary progeny of her own.

Alabasters first crias are now on the ground and they are an impressive lot. It has become clear that his legacy will be his ability to impart increased staple length on his progeny. As hoped, the cria fleeces are long and bright, and at the 120 day mark were from 20 to 40% longer than their half siblings.

The unique fleece style he has stamped on his progeny has recently been recognized for its qualities - we have heard it referred to as “silky fleece”. Deep high amplitude crimp, long staple length (Alabaster - 5.5” at age 3) and eye popping brightness combined with uniformity from the neck through the shoulders, blanket and breech.
