We purchased Sarah from Stewart's Royal Alpacas when they came to us in the Fall of 2007 with their retirement offer. She is a foundation female that is Full Peruvian and a great dam. Sarah is a farm favorite because of her sweet disposition. Sarah is 1/2 Accoyo and has hard to find bloodlines in Accoyo Anton so will be easy to find breeding mates. She is one of our heaviest fleece producers, providing nearly 5 1/2lbs of prime blanket fleece (over 10lbs total) in 2008. Her fleeces are uniform, fine, and very crimpy. A histogram in 2004 shows a MC 22.6 and CV of 23.1. She can produce color and has produced some excellent offspring in the past. Sarah is basically FREE with the purchase of a breeding to one of our solely owned males in the $1000 to $1500 range. Sarah is currently open and will be bred in the late spring or summer 2013.
