 Our kids were grown and out of the nest. It was time for us to start a new life….but what? One lazy Saturday we came across an ad for an exotic animal show. At the show we saw African cattle, ostriches, emus, miniature donkeys, huge mules and cute elk babies. Around the corner from the elk we saw …alpacas. It was love at first sight! We enjoy animals, love the outdoors and are always eager to learn new things. We investigated the alpaca industry thoroughly. This was it! Wild Hair Alpacas was born.
