Loffs Bay Ranch was purchased in spring of 2007 just south of the beautiful lake city of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. It consists of approximately 42 acres of green pastures and forest. Nestled between two wooded areas of pine and fur trees, our home overlooks our pastures and over 20,000 acres of private woodland mountains. A walk or drive of only a little over a mile takes us to the shoreline overlooking the deep blue waters of Coeur d'Alene Lake.
Our Huacaya alpaca herd was purchased in April 2007. We have been successful in maintaining a healthy herd with the knowledge and assistance of veterinarian and co-owner Amoreena Sijan, DVM. Our Huacaya population has nearly doubled in the past 2 years through excellent nutrition, preventitive care, and breeding management.
