 We have always been animal lovers and after spending decades in the Fortune 10 Corporate life and surviving Cancer we are moving ahead with our dream to work with animals. With over 52 years of combined experience in the highly demanding automotive industry we are using our knowledge of building quality to breed extraordinary Alpacas and Llamas. Our growing herd consists of 12 Alpacas and 14 Llamas.
Breeding for extraordinary quality in both conformation and fleece combined with expert customer service is what it is all about for us. We have been educated extensively by the highest regarded names in the Camelid industry. We make it a point to continue to educate ourselves and stay updated in the most recent developments in Camelid health, handling, fiber developement, pasture development, barn layouts, and Camelid equipment and technology including marketing techniques.
We are presently located in Ohio but will eventually be moving the herd to our 50-acre mountain property in Virginia. Our property in Virginia is what gave us the name of our farm. We have a beautiful creek running on the property that fresh, clean mountain water bubbles up from the ground and cascades down the stones and creates our "Stoney Creek."
We have a strong background in Quality and Service and know how to give the customer what they want. We look forward to helping others join this wonderful group of people known as "Alpaca Owners and Breeders" and their amazing animals. It is important to stay on top of the most recent infomation on health, marketing, fiber developement etc. and we make it a point to do that. After a bout with Cancer 2 years ago, we reevaluated what we really wanted to get out of life. After doing a good amount of research the result was---Alpacas. We have combined experience of over 5 decades of continous improvement in the highly competitive auto industry. That same expertise will be applied to our herd.
