FINANCING TERMS:
Interest free financing on any Alpaca we own outright!!!
***Consigned alpacas not included. Financing details vary on consigned Alpacas***
Flexible financing terms and we will work with each buyer to make your dreams come true!! It's that easy you tell me what you can work with and I guarantee we will come to an agreement! We will work with you depending on your needs.
Insurance must be carried for the length of any financed note with Rancho De La Luz Alpacas as loss payee. ARI certificate transfered when note is paid in full.
Agistment is available depending on purchasers needs.
Rancho De La Luz Alpacas reserves breedings to any male sold that we own outright unless otherwise specified or agreed upon.
Breedings to some of the Machos on our "Texas Stud Row" are limited until they have been proven. Additionally stud fees will vary for each Macho and discounts will be given for multiple breedings!
Any breeding purchased must be used within 24 months from the date of contract signing to any of the Macho's sitting on our Texas Stud Row unless otherwise specified or negotiated.
1/2 down required to hold any scheduled breeding. (Including packages)
All breedings include a guaranteed confirmed pregnancy with a free ultrasound or progesterone assay test!!
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Herdsire Breeding Services: "Texas Stud Row".
50% Required with signed contract.
5% Non-Refundable booking Fee
Remaining balance must be paid at the time your female is delivered to our Ranch.
Any females delivered to Rancho De La Luz Alpacas for breeding must present a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian Indicating the health and reproductive soundness of the female to be bred.
Additionally the Health Certificate must indicate that the female and cria at her side (if applicable) are BVD negative, that they have had their current vaccinations and that Ivomec or Dectomax have been administered within 1 week prior to delivery to Rancho De La Luz Alpacas.
Rancho De La Luz Alpacas will take every precaution to ensure the health and safety of your alpacas. Including our seperate quarantine site for all incoming Alpacas. However we ask that proof of insurance for each alpacas brought onto the farm be shown and each owner of any alpaca brought onto the property for breeding shall sign a waiver absolving Rancho De La Luz Alpacas of any liability should an unforeseen event or accident occur. Your Alpacas will be treated with the same care and love we give to our own herd and their continued good health and happiness is our main focus. 60 days free board on any female brought in for breedings from the date of confirmed pregnancy!
