White, 844075, Bolivian

Lauren is the mystery girl. Lovely and lustrous white fleece with dark pigmentation - but who knew what was hiding in her womb as we waited for her to deliver her first baby. She delivered a truly psychedelic patterned male cria in 2005 that we named Moezaic. The birth was textbook for this first time mom and she has turned out to be a fantastic mother and milker. IgG was almost 2000 and the cria grew like gangbusters. Her 2006 Shakespeare cria is the an interesting patterned suri with intense luster, consistent well locked maroon fleece from topnot to tail and and a beautiful rose grey suri head.

Lauren is a quiet, shy female that you don't notice very much and very easily handled for herd health. Her cria are inquisitive and rambunctious with a lot of personality. Their coloring makes them stand out in the pasture, and their alert, upright presence indicates herdsire potential.

The only words that come to mind when I see her in the pasture is Lucky me. Adding Ebony Tap Dancer to our herd is another step in our goal to produce some of the rarest alpacas in the United States.

Tap Dancer is a super rare fancy appaloosa with gorgeous black face, she has both black and silver appaloosa spots throughout her blanket, which is a soft silky blanket featuring excellent locks and structure.

All of these attributes come as little surprise when you have a look at her background. Her sire is EBONY ICON- 1st place winner at the International Odyssey in Del Mar - then continuing on to win two Grand Championships by the age of two. Icon is sired by none other than multi AOBA winner the black herdsire AURORA'S BOREALIS.

All of this just continues to get more impressive as we look into Tap Dancer's mothers side of the gene pool. Featuring LORENZO NT879 TBS - Bolivian macho known for his stunning conformation, POWERLINE ET497 - one of the most respected names in suri herdsire history. Plus BENEDICTO NT809 TBS Legendary herdsire at Alpacas Of America.

Last but not least a final player in the make up of this beautiful female is none other than her grandsire PPERUVIAN ANGEL G4551
- PPERUVIAN ANGEL is known as one of the most pre-potent Suri Alpaca studs in the United States today. He was the first stud in the country to produce black crias. Also the only stud in the U.S. to produce 100% colored cria with more than 70 births."
