Crystal Stella

White, 31191685, Full Peruvian

Crystal Stella is Color Champion female with outstanding qualities. She has extremely fine, bright, crimpy fiber with exceptional staple length… extraordinary and stunning that “icon of the alpaca industry, Ian Watt”, purchased Stella and Crystal Spartan’s fleece to use in his seminars! Every judge has made positive remarks on her fleece staple length and fineness. Stella’s 2009 micron was a 16.2 and her Peruvian import dam, Micay, has a micron count of 21.5!

Stella was bred to Crystal Spartan (Futurity Champ!) and she delivered an amazingly elite cria this spring who we undoubtedly named “Crystal Spartan’s K-O” because as stated, he is a “knock-out”! So utterly breathtaking…we repeated the breeding.

Two weeks after our first female Crystal Spartan cria arrived, our very first male Spartan offspring; Crystal Spartan’s K-O (Knock Out!) was born! Spartan darkened Stella’s fine bright white fleece and this cria is a stunning DF! Ian Watt (alpaca expert and icon) requested to purchase Spartan and Stella’s fleece last year. Well, we bred the two of them and created…. well, a “Knock-Out”! Bundles and bundles and bundles of tightly wrapped fiber that feels “buttery” and appears as if it is glowing! It wasn’t hard for us to decide who to breed Stella to again!
