WRSR Peruvian Brandywine

Dark Fawn, 827589, Full Peruvian

Brandy is an exquisite female. Brandy is tall and has a solid conformation. Her mothering skills are excellent. She is one of those "no fuss" dams who does everything for you. She settles in one breeding, delivers unassisted, is a heavy rich milker, and consistently weans her crias at about 4.5 months. Her crias typically gain at a rate of almost a pound a day for the first month!

Brandy also passes on her size and fiber fineness to her crias. Her crias just keep getting better! We can't wait to get her 2007 cria in the show ring. Johannesburg has a gray sire who also has exremely fine fiber, so Joey's fleece hangs in long pearlized fine locks. Joey also has his dam's density.

We are now looking forward to Brandy's August cria. This one should be a girl!

Brandy will be taken off our sales list on June 1st.

Sandusky has given us another rose grey cria!!!

Sandusky proved himself in the show ring, competing against Moon River's Peruvian Durango and Sierra Bonitas Sargent Pepper, and is now proving himself in his offspring! All of his crias have his extreme presence and perfect conformation and very lustrous locked fiber. Sandusky has given us 8 out of 13 girls! Check out fleece weights of his off-spring on their respective pages!!! Sandusky at the age of four still had the following fiber characteristics: AFD 25.2 SD 6.9 CV 27.4 %>30 11.9.

Sandusky is tall with very strong bone, and is covered in ropey locks from his cheeks to his toes. Sandusky (like his dam) has a very upright presence and essentially shows himself off. Sandusky won Grand Champion in his first show in 2004 (out of 15). At the 2004 AAA Futurity in Indianapolis, the judge said, "This is what you would like your herdsire to look like ..." (This is when he was standing in the show ring with Moon River's

Brandy's Jordyn  (Dark Fawn Vicuna)

Listed by Kay & Anne Ryschon of Omaha, NE

Print Listing | Certificate | Histogram

Beautiful little sister of Chesapeak. Jordyn has tiny twisted locks, luster and fineness, as well as, complete coverage. Jordyn has the tall stretchy conformation that we like to see in our pastures, and is consistently seen in our herd. We feel taller animals also produce more fiber. That is especially true when they come from parents with extreme follicle density.

Jordyn has been worked with a lot, and has a calm easy-going personality. She has just delivered a beautiful dark silver gray baby girl!!! Another gorgeous Bachelor baby girl! Between Jordyn and Bachelor, we expected nothing less than the beautifully locked gray little girl. Eblouissante (aka Ebby) has very long legs, and although the youngest of the crias, is the tallest. She is already front pasture material.

Jordyn is a very attentive and perfect Mom. She is now the producer of gray!
