Savannah Shay

Beige, 851581, 1/4 Bolivian, 1/2 Chilean, 1/4 Peruvian

Savannah Shay has a perfect conformation and awesome coverage. She has greasy pencil locks with extreme luster, a wonderful presence and a very typey Suri head. Her dam took 2nd place at AOBA in 2000 in a very large competitive class; and her sire and grandsire have also taken many top awards. Her grandsire is the well known PPeruvian Miquel and her sire is Senor Cote d'Or. Because of her herdsire's coloration, we choose to breed her to Sandusky.

Savannah is due with her second cria and will only be on the market until July 26th (two months before her due date). Last year she delivered her first cria with out assistance and was the perfect mom. Savannah's daughter from last year looks like she has grey ancestry with her vicuna coloration. Savannah continues the tradition of her dam and sisters in only delivering female crias! Savannah's daughter from last year (Madison) weighed over 100 lbs at 6 six months and has wonderful lock and luster. We will have fiber stati

Sandusky is criating awesome crias! We are expecting three more of his crias early this Fall. His 2005 crias all have his extreme presence and perfect conformation and very lustrous locked fiber. His first crias have all been girls!

Sandusky is tall with very strong bone, and is covered in ropey locks from his cheeks to his toes. His gums are black, so we expect him to pass on his beautiful maroon color. Sandusky won Grand Champion in his first show in 2004 (out of 15). At the 2004 AAA Futurity in Indianapolis, the judge said, "This is what you would like your herdsire to look like ..." At the 2004 AOBA, Sandusky placed 5th in a very tough medium brown yearling class, and again the judge commented on his phenotype.

Sandusky's crias have a vicuna coloration with dark skin, grey muzzles, and heathery colored fiber on their legs, tummy and neck. Both have beautiful unusual eye markings, and glow-in-the-dark luster. You can see his offspring in person at the 2006 fal

Are you looking for a show stopper? Look no further! Mariah has awesome locks, luster, density and coverage. She is younger replica of Summer (see her under sold). All of Sandusky's crias have awesome tight twisted locks from birth, and have so much luster they glow-in-the-dark. Sandusky has passed on his vicuna coloration to 5 of 6 of his offspring! Because of this coloration, all of Sandusky's daughters will be bred to grey. Black and grey are still the top selling colors and most rare! And, vicuna colored females have a strong history of being grey producers!

Mariah was carrying so much fleece we have sheared her in June. She sheared 5.1 lbs at 9 months of age! Her fleece will be shown this fall and has a micron of 23.5 (SD 5.7, %>30 9.7).

Mariah will be bred to our medium silver grey herdsire, who has awesome fiber statistics. We expect them to have a beautiful grey baby with outstanding fiber! Mariah comes with half price rebreeds to any of our herdsires.

Make a reservation to see Mariah and the rest of our herd today! Mariah's price will be going up as soon as she is bred.
