Upstream Penelope

Medium Fawn, 831501

Melody is a proven producer of show-winning crias! She is an excellent, attentive mother and has easy, unassisted births. She sports correct conformation and a good bite, a very typey suri head and good coverage. All of these qualities she passes on to her cria.

Given their "track record" together, Melody has been bred back to Captain Morgan, who has produced three gorgeous female crias in a row with Melody. Her first cria, Captain's Glory, has brought home numerous show ribbons, including a color champion.

Penelope is also being offered for sale along with her dam, Melody, in our package listings - check them out!

Lace brings plenty to the plate for a colored suri breeding program - don't just look at HER coloring (a hint of honey) but her dam and her sire's colors AND production record!

This little girl has very correct conformation - very upright with wonderful presence. She has good density and tight twisted locks and carries the luster that we typically see in all of Captain Morgan's crias - just brilliant! We recently had her blanket hand-spun and our spinner commented that "this is the nicest suri fleece I've ever spun!"

Captain Morgan has produced a minimal number of light colored offspring but they have proven themselves in the show rings around the country. Breed for quality and the color will come shining through!
