L. Peruvian Linen & Lace

Medium Fawn, 825103, Peruvian

We purchased Lacey, an Augusto daughter, in 2004. Since then she has had three daughters for us, all with show-quality fleeces. Lacey's strength is in her fiber genetics.

This beautiful girl sports a full Peruvian pedigree with some heavy hitters in her background, and it shows!

Her fiber is very fine with a high frequency crimp pattern and excellent lock structure and uniformity. Her fiber analysis for 2007 shows an average fiber diameter of 17.9 microns, which is the Royal Baby category! Cha Cha has the 'typey' head that the show ring likes so much. She stands tall and proud and is well balanced.

Cha is very engaging and alert, which makes her quite fun to be around. She likes to meet visitors at the gate (got any treats?) but once she has checked you out, she will often leap in the air and dash off, only to come bouncing back to look you over again. We have a good time with her.

Her sire, LB Peruvian Castano Bay (a bay-colored champion male owned by Mile High Alpacas) has produced many exceptional offspring, some selling for over $80,000! Her dam, a fawn Augusto daughter, has produced exceptional daughters for us, all with outstanding fiber. Here is your opportunity to pick up those same genetics at a fraction of the price. Once Cha Cha reaches breeding age in March of 2008, her price will go up!

Cha Cha was born beige, as you see in the photos, but upon shearing in spring of 2007, turned out to be light fawn as the fiber picture illustrates.

Cha Cha sells with a free breeding to any male wholely owned by Cloud Dancer Alpacas, when she is old enough, or to HRAZ Lucian (we recommend this match). Purchase her as a package with Cloud Dancer's Holy Conga!, an unrelated show quality male, and take $2000 off the total price. More photos, fiber samples or video tape of Cha Cha are available upon request.
