Symphony is still impressing everyone with her awesome luster (now evidenced in her shorn fiber). Symphony is a beautiful Accoyo daughter of NGG Cortez and has it all ... perfect conformation, dense, beautiful locks, and such blinding luster that every judge has taken a second look at her. Symphony has a wonderful personality making her easy to train and work with.
Symphony has delivered her second female cria, a beautiful medium rose gray female out of our own Sandusky!
Sandusky proved himself in the show ring, competing against Moon River's Peruvian Durango and Sierra Bonitas Sargent Pepper, and is now proving himself in his offspring! All of his crias have his extreme presence and perfect conformation and very lustrous locked fiber. Sandusky has given us 4 out of 6 girls! Check out fleece weights of his off-spring on their respective pages!!! Sandusky at the age of four still had the following fiber characteristics: AFD 25.2 SD 6.9 CV 27.4 %>30 11.9.
Sandusky is tall with very strong bone, and is covered in ropey locks from his cheeks to his toes. Sandusky (like his dam) has a very upright presence and essentially shows himself off. Sandusky won Grand Champion in his first show in 2004 (out of 15). At the 2004 AAA Futurity in Indianapolis, the judge said, "This is what you would like your herdsire to look like ..." (This is when he was standing in the show ring with Moon River's D
GRAY PRODUCER! Melody's Rosemont is a gorgeous young male, except his name might not be totally accurate, while at birth he appeared to be a rose-gray, he has matured into a beautiful silver gray male!
Melody falls into the elite category because of her fiber characteristics, coverage and conformation. She also has a wonderful personality. If you wait to see her at her first show, you maybe will have waited too long. Melody's sisters have all been quick to sell. Melody's sisters are shearing annual fleece weights of 9 and 10 lbs! Melody was shorn this past summer at 7 months of age and sheared 3.1 lbs (blanket only). Melody's half brother was also shorn this past summer at 5 months of age and he (Galileo) sheared 3.6 lbs! Melody's older half brother, Giant's Causeway, also sheared an annual fleece weight of 8.1 lbs!
Sandusky and Symphony have given us three beautiful females! (Sandusky is still giving us over 70% females!). If you are looking for a youngster who will take you to the top in the show ring and then be a solid producer, Melody is your girl! Melody had beautiful long lusterous locks from her chin to her toes from birth, and still sports her facial fiber at over a year old. She has a solid strong frame on very long legs. Come see her in person! We have no doubt she will follow the steps of her relatives and be in the grand champion ring!
Melody is turning rose grey! Melody's half sister, Madison, had her first cria on 2/5/08, and she is medium silver gray! We are positive that Melody will also be a producer of gray!
Melody will soon be ready to breed. Because of her coloration she will be bred to gray.
