  Wheatland's Chelsey

She's a new mom!

Chelsey's first offspring, Wheatland's Coriander, is the spitting image of her mom. Chesley is lovely to look at, has great conformation, and has fabulous fiber. She has inherited her friendly temperament from her sire Wheatland's Shenanigans.

Wheatland's Shenanigans

Beautiful Rose Grey Fiber & Great Personality

Shenanigans is a strikingly good-looking rose-grey alpaca. He inherited his friendly, inquisitive nature and proud carriage from both of his parents. His fleece is soft, soft, soft. Shenanigans is also our best PR (Public Relations) alpaca as well. He will let young visitors lead him around the farm and is also unafraid of elderly visitors in motorized wheelchairs. Shenanigans settles females quite easily and is an assured yet gentle lover. He has sired fawn and white offspring.

October 7-8, 2017 - Sherwood OR
Alpaca Harvest Fest:
Help EasyGo Farm and Alpacas of Oregon celebrate our bountiful harvest of colorful alpacas and beautiful fleece. Get up close to the alpacas - hand feed them and meet the females, crias, herdsires, and less expensive alpacas for fiber artists, companions, pasture mowers... Shop for sweaters, gloves, scarves, and more - this is your chance to do some early holiday shopping. Knitters and handspinners (and those with fiber artists on their gift lists) will find fleece and yarn, some dyed and some in one of the alpaca’s many natural colors. Enter the drawing for a gift certificate in the Barn Store. Learn to felt an alpaca scarf or other item. Phone Suzanne 503-348-6954 to reserve your spot. $25-$75 covers instruction and materials. If you're curious about starting a fiber farm or breeding fiber animals - sheep, goats, alpacas, llamas - we've raised them all and love to talk about them. Chat with long-time breeders in a no-pressure atmosphere about the alpaca business and raising alpacas. When you're ready to buy, both farms offer alpacas for sale and boarding options. We have great deals on females with free breedings or rebreedings - discounts for purchases of two or more. The farm is located at 21345 SW Aebischer Rd in Sherwood, Oregon, just off Hwy 99. We'll be open from 10am till 4pm, Saturday and Sunday. For more info, visit www.easygofarm.net/AOOHarvestfest. Details

November 24-25, 2017 - Sherwood OR
Open Alpaca Barn:
Join us for our Open Barn, co-hosted by EasyGo Farm at Alpacas of Oregon in Sherwood, just off Hwy 99. In the midst of Washington County's wine country, the farm is conveniently located to provide a break from the Thanksgiving winery tours. Get your hands on our luxurious alpaca products: fleece and roving for handspinners, yarn for knitters, sweaters, scarves, socks, & more, many handcrafted. This is a unique way to entertain your out of town company, as well as do some holiday shopping. Meet the summer's alpaca babies and their mothers. Get nose to nose with less expensive "fiber boys" - alpacas for fiber artists, 4-H, companions, or pasture ornaments & lawn mowers. Visitors can chat with four long-time livestock breeders who've raised llamas, horses, sheep, and goats. They've found that alpacas are a perfect match for owners of small acreages or for crafters looking for their own four-legged fiber producers. Both farms offer alpacas for sale along with boarding options. We'll be open Friday and Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend from 10am-4pm. Details
